Have Your Say on Ascot Kilns LDP

For the first time in 25 years, a Local Development Plan has been developed to support the retention of the heritage listed Ascot Kilns and the City of Belmont is inviting comments from the community.

Together with the Local Development Plan that was prepared by the Department of Planning, Belmont Council is putting together a Local Planning Policy to show Design Guidelines for development of the Ascot Kilns site.
 
These guidelines will show building design requirements such as height, setbacks, orientation, facades and corner articulation, private outdoor and communal space requirements, colours, materials and roof design as well as public art and signage.
