Will unused rent be refunded back to me?
Yes, all move outs are prorated to the day from the second month.
I'm moving out, how much notice do I have to give?
No notice is required. You can move out anytime you want. However, make sure you do tell us that you have moved out.
Do I need to have a padlock on my unit?
Absolutely. If someone was to open your unit door, an alarm would be triggered. If outside of business hours, Security would get involved and you could get charged.
Somebody got through the gate before me. Can I follow without entering my access code?
You must always enter your access code before entering the facility as this will disarm your unit. You do not need to wait however for the gate to close to do so.
I forgot my access code, what do I do?
Contact the office with some identification.
I have lost my padlock key, what do I do?
Contact the office. Please note that under no circumstances are you to use bolt cutter to cut a lock.
My flight doesn't leave until 6am, can I stay in my unit overnight?
The facility is strictly storage only. Anybody staying in the facility for extended period of time will be considered as suspicious by Security. Overstaying in your unit will trigger alarms and fees will be charged.
I have sold my sofa and my unit is too big, can I downsize?
Downsizing and upsizing can be done at any time and is free. Come to the office to select a size that best suits you.
Who has access to my unit?
You and anybody you give your access code and padlock key to. Only you can decide who has access to your unit.
How long can I keep my unit?
For as long or as little as you want. Your storage agreement renews itself automatically until you tell us you have moved out.
