Catts Self Storage a ParcelPoint

Catts Self Storage is now part of the ParcelPoint network.  It's free, convenient, and open to everyone (you need not store at Catts to use the service).  Never miss a delivery again or wait hours for that courier to collect a return!

ParcelPoint is Australia’s largest collection point network, where online shoppers can pick up their orders and drop off their returns for maximum convenience.

​If you live or work in the Rivervale / Belmont area, next time you order via Amazon, Ebay and many other retailers, remember that you can use us as your pick up / return point.

For purchases:  Just select Catts Self Storage on the list and the parcel will be delivered to us.  ParcelPoint will advise you via SMS that the parcel is ready for collection.  Drop into our office at your convenience to collect your parcel.

For returns:  Log the return via ParcelPoint and drop your parcel to us.  No need for you to wait at home for the courier to arrive.

Convenient hours:  Our office is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm and on Sarurday 9:00am to 1:00pm.
