Excellent customer service, modern & clean facility, and competitive pricing. I recently relocated from NSW to WA and couldn't be happier with the service and support I received from Catts Self Storage, in particular Ces who was brilliant! She answered my initial storage questions, was prompt with her correspondence, and even liaised with my removalist to get my personal belongings safely into storage while I was 'off line' driving across the Nullarbor. Ces definitely went above and beyond and made setting up my life in a new city so much easier. Yes there are many self storage businesses around but none come close to the thoughtful service Catts provides. Well done to all the team there. After using Catts Storage for almost 2 years, I couldn’t recommend them enough. Lovely, friendly staff at the front office who greet you with a smile and who took the time to show me around on the first day so I could choose the most appropriate unit for what I needed. The area is very highly secure with gates and alarms so you know your belonging are safe, however never had any issues accessing my unit out of hours with my code when I needed to. Entire facility is extremely clean and well maintained as well. Highly recommend! 📦
